Doesn’t work well in the UAE. I have thick and wavy hair. It Doesn’t straighten my hair like other straighteners. Not recommended for middle eastern hair.

Works just as expected! I can finally get my hair silky smooth straight like I've wanted for so long...you don't even need to put the heat up to 450 to get good results. I keep mine at around 300-350 and it's perfect. It also is a great wet to dry straightener. I blow dry my hair a bit, then while it's still a bit damp, I find straightening it then really makes it silky smooth! And locks in the moisture. Yay!

I have very thick and corse (wavy) long hair. I prefer this size because it's best for starightening and also curling. Works great. Super Light and easy to handle. Cord doesn't get in the way and is pretty long. I haven't used it at maximum heat because it wasn't necessary to get the job done. I've used all the popular brands and thought I would try this out...so far so good. Smooth and shiny finish.

I have had this straightener for over 6 years and it is the best one I've used by a long shot. My hairdresser got me hooked on it back when I was in high school. I have frizzy, poofy, thick, curly/wavy hair that resembles a lion's mane when I leave it to air dry and this is the only straightener I have found that keeps it looking healthy, shiny, and smooth for an extended period of time. Honestly, I'm thinking about investing in another one just in case my current one poops out (which is why I was looking it up on Amazon and decided to leave a review.) Great features about it: Quick Heating - Ready to go in under a minute You Select a Temperature Rather than a Level - I always hate it when styling tools have heat settings ranging from 1-30 rather than having specific temperatures, I heat it to 410 and that's that. Lasting Results - I live in an extremely humid part of Texas and the most I've seen is a slight wave return to my hair after straightening and being outside for hours Quality Product - I've had it for over six years with no issues whatsoever so take that as you will Faster in Usage - I don't have to reuse the straightener multiple times on sections of my hair so I can do my whole head in ~10min It Makes Your Hair Ridiculously Soft - At first I thought it was just my hairdressers fancy products making my hair feel so soft and then I got this straightener and realized it was the true reason. Seriously, best product on the market. If you have the money to spend on it you should definitely invest in this straightener.

Hello The product (BaByliss Pro) is NOT working. I have been struggling from the day I received. I called several times at the US phone no. given on the package and did get thru once. The customer care executive told me that the US no. is only for US domestic supplies and it does not cater to International supplies. There is absolutely no support for international supplies.
