This really helps when I eat food that bloat me out and make me feel uncomfortable. I take one of these takes the bloat away I would highly recommend it, very effective helps with digestion, good quality!

I think it worked as well as what I was trying to replace with something less expensive; however, the gel capsules are much larger than what I was using. When I require lots of supplements, the size is a difficulty. I bought this product more for motility than bloat relief.

My Nutritionist recommended me this supplement after I was complaining about Boat. She always give me the best supplement that doesn't contain sugar. My life is better since I started taking it. I saw immediately results just after few days taking it. Definitely recommended it.

I decided to take these because in the past I have had peppermint capsules that have some of the similar ingredients in here, like a bit of ginger and fennel. I would often take them with meals and I'd feel them later if I burped and they seemed to really decrease the bloating/light nausea I'd get from a heavy meal. These don't have peppermint in them but I trust this brand and was curious to try the Artichoke based blend in this formula. Unfortunately this really didn't make me feel any less sick or bloated after heavy meals in the way peppermint capsules with fennel/ginger have helped, and I didn't even feel it burping after the meal. This may be OK if you're suffering from certain kinds of bloating but for me it wasn't super noticeable.

The product itself might be excellent, but there's no way to know because the capsules in all three bottles had been exposed to heat during delivery and melted together. I was able to freeze and carefully separate the capsules from the first 2 bottles (hopefully, THEY will really be able to provide great bloat relief over the next month or so), but the third bottle was completed distended, such that label itself was drooping off. I had to use heavy shears to cut the bottle open enough to even get at that glob. The capsules were beyond saving because they had burst enough to be stuck permanently to each other and could not be separated without the ingredients gooping out further.
