Anyone with big head/ears try this? My ATH m50x make my ears sore after wearing them for an hour.

M50x earpads are significantly smaller than the HD 598/GAME ONE pads, you’ll have more room for your ears with the GAME series. Game Zero are the same form factor, but closed back (like ear muffs) and pleather pads. I don’t know if you’re using the pleather or velour pads with your ATH, but I tend to feel leather, protein leather, or pleather (plastic leather) all seem to feel harder the longer you wear them, plus they build up sweat. I personally prefer Velour by a long shot, and Sennheiser’s velour is softer and not prickly/itchy like many other brands’ Velour. That said, some people just feel more comfortable with Leather(ette), or like that leather(ette) is more durable/easier to clean, in which case Dekoni Audio makes the softest leatherette I’ve ever felt specifically for the Game One/PC37X.

Can you hear yourself when you talk into the mic?

However, these headphones are open-back design, which allows sound from the outside world (including your own voice) to enter your ear-holes. lol. So the feedback loop feature you're talking about (present in other headphones, and not this one) would be useful for closed-back earphones (unlike these headphones). I'm thinking that the feedback loop feature would be redundant for the open-back design, for most people. The exception being for those people cranking up the volume so loud to the point it drowns out the sound of their own voice/s (while risking permanent eardrum damage and deafness in old age). imho.

Could I also use these for my Ipod and phone?

It terminates to two separate 3.5mm connectors, so you'd only be able to use the audio, but yes. Additionally you could purchase a sperate adapter that takes two three pole 3.5mm inputs and converts it to a single four pole like the Apple earbuds use. On a side note, you would look ridiculous wearing these in public and would have like two meters in cable bunched up in your pocket.

Do these work for ps4?

I purchased these for my PS4 as well and it does work though you have to purchase a separate adapter. Sennheiser PCV 05 Combo Audio Adapter that is the one you need in order to make it work with the PS4 controller. It works fine and I've had no issues since I purchased it back in 2014.
