Where is this bag made?

I cannot get to my bag right now; so, I don't have any labeling to prove where it was made. I know that it is not as heavy as the one I carried as an electronic technician in the Air Force, which surely means it is not US gov't issue, and probably a foreign made bag. Still, it is perfect for storing my car tire inflation pump and tire gauge, plus some spare valve stem caps in the side pouch.

It seems durable, do you think a shoulder strap could be attached or are the loops not weight supportive?
