Does it come with the wood basket that is shown in the video and pictures? I am only seeing a different wicker basket when doing a search.

It comes with just the bike. No basket. But a great product. Maybe you can order the basket separately but I did not check into that.

Are these wheels rubber?

No. They made out of hard foam-like material. The bike is super lightweight.

Is there an age/height limit? My son is about to be 3

Not that I am aware of. Both my almost 4year granddaughter old and two year old grandson ride it all the time.

Does it come with the basket in the front?

No, the basket is a separate purchase.
