AMOREPACIFIC Treatment Enzyme Peeling Masque Gel to Cream Facial Mask, 2.7 Fl OzI prefer chemical exfoliation for my skin since it can be a lot more gentle. I am using this masque twice a week on freshly cleaned skin and using about a quarter-sized dollop to cover my face. It is so soothing and after leaving it on for about five minutes, I gently rinse it off with warm water. It removes all the flakey spots on my dry and sensitive skin. It is wonderful for maskne as well. So I’m sort of a skin care junkie, and am a sucker for the higher end products. Amore Pacific makes some of my staples that I always have in my collection. And this Amore Pacific treatment enzyme peeling masque gel to cream mask is one of my personal favorites!This mask has a gel like consistency with little bead looking spots all throughout it. But when you put it on your face it turns from gel to a creamy texture. And boy is this stuff great! 5 minutes is all it needs on your face and when you rinse it off you can tell that it’s doing it’s job! My skin looks more radiant and exfoliated skin. I use this a couple times a week and for me that works perfect!I do want to advise you that Amore Pacific products are heavily fragranced. They all have the brands distinct scent and it smells amazing! But while I have never had issues with fragrance in skincare I know others do, so I just wanted to make sure you are aware of your thinking about this, or any other products from the brand!

To start off, I'm 34 years old and have sensitive oily prone skin. I didn't start a consistent face beauty routine until about 4 years ago and have always struggled finding something suitable for my skin type.Unfortunately, with this line of care products the fragrance is quite heavy and the complexity of skin-care formulations is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to why my skin might be reacting negatively to a product. Not even after the first use I broke out with tiny little pimples but decided to push through a few weeks but those pimples only kept multiplying and it wasn't worth going on week three. I know alot of people like their products to smell nice but fragrance is not skin care. Fragrance ingredients (both natural and synthetic) have the potential to cause sensitization, irritation, and even skin damage and that's what is was doing for me. The face wash was the only one I was able to keep using after a month and I'm actually quite fond of that one!

This hydrating AHA mask will reveal bright skin, remove dead skin cells and do it all without causing redness and irritation! Honestly, it does work! As you can see my cheeks in are already slightly pink - thanks to rosacea, however my skin was no where near as red after this mask!This mask features a few ingredients that are really here to help!- AHA/Glycolic Acid: Exfoliates dead skin cells and removes debris to help smooth and even skin texture.- Papaya Enzymes (Papain): Removes dead skin cells and supports healthy turnover for radiant skin.- First Harvested Green Tea Water: Helps hydrate and soothe.As you can see the mask has white spots - once you massage in circular motions into your skin it will turn opaque and you know you are ready to leave it on for a few minutes - I went with 4 minutes.My skin was less irritated, smooth, moisturized and quiet bright.There was not any scent from the cream such as some of the other AMOREPACIFIC products.For what this product accomplishes I do feel like it is a high but fair price.

This arrives ina pretty basic box and comes in nothing screaming crazy fancy packaging & with a tampered silver seal. It has very high fragrant floral notes, it’s almost over the top with the smell. I don’t mind it, but those sensitive to highly fragrant beauty products might. I did as directed washed my face prior to use. I actually exfoliated my face since it was in need and I wanted to make sure this would brighten my face evenly with the extra dull skin removed that I might of had before. I rubbed this onto my dry face and it does turn into a faint white powderish coating and let sit for 5 minutes. I kinda felt it tingling, but again I’m not sure if it was contributed to my exfoliation prior. Still early to tell results, so I’ll be back to update.
