Q: Could you use this on indoor furniture to protect from pet accidents?

I have not used it on any of my Indoor furniture but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Q: what is the performance difference between patio and sports versions?

Check the ingredients on each label. I think they are probably the same.

Q: Is tgis too heavy for use on suede?

Thank you for asking. For suede material we would recommend that you use Scotchgard™ Suede & Nubuck Protector. We recommend testing first in a discrete area for color fastness and texture change.

Q: Will this work on jeep seats or is the 3m car sear and carpet better? i am asking because we take the top off the jeep a lot in summer.

Not familiar with car seat and carpet product, but guessing it is a stain repellent. The heavy duty is to waterproof canvas and heavy fabric. I use it on horse blankets.
