Damaged pan
It is a good product but one of the pans came with small dents. This is really disappointing.

If you’re serious about baking, or even just enjoy cooking for a crowd, the Nordic Ware Naturals Big Sheet is an absolute must-have. I've owned mine for [mention how long you've had it, e.g., a year, six months] now, and it has completely transformed my baking and roasting game. This isn't just a bigger baking sheet; it's a workhorse that delivers consistent, professional-level results. What I Love: The Size is a Revelation: The "Big Sheet" isn't kidding; this thing is substantial! It can comfortably fit a whole batch of cookies, a pound of bacon laid flat, a sheet pan dinner for the entire family, or a large batch of roasted vegetables without overcrowding. No more battling with multiple small pans or overcrowding that leads to uneven cooking. The extra space is a game changer. Unmatched Quality and Construction: Made from heavy-duty, pure aluminum, this sheet is ridiculously durable. It doesn't warp under high heat, feels incredibly solid, and has a satisfying weight to it. You can tell this is a piece of cookware that is built to last. I've used it countless times at high temperatures, and it still looks and performs flawlessly. Even Heating is Key: The consistent heat distribution is where this sheet truly shines. No more hot spots that burn some cookies while leaving others pale. Everything cooks evenly, resulting in perfectly browned edges and consistent doneness throughout. Whether it's cookies, roasted chicken, or sheet pan pizza, the results are noticeably better than with my previous pans. The Natural Aluminum Finish is a Bonus: While it might not be the flashiest, the natural aluminum finish is incredibly practical. It heats up quickly and cools down rapidly, which is essential for baking. Plus, it's easy to clean, even after roasting something sticky. A quick wash in soapy water, or a trip through the dishwasher, and it's good to go. Versatility Beyond Baking: While primarily designed for baking, the Nordic Ware Big Sheet is incredibly versatile. It's fantastic for roasting vegetables, cooking bacon, making sheet pan dinners, toasting nuts, and even using as a cooling rack for large baked goods. Its size makes it ideal for any situation where you need a large, sturdy surface. Things to Consider: Size Storage: This is a BIG sheet, so you need to factor in storage space. I have a dedicated cabinet shelf for mine, but if you're tight on space, it might be a consideration. Hand-Washing is Recommended: While dishwasher safe, hand-washing is recommended to maintain the natural finish and prevent any potential dulling. It’s honestly so easy to clean that this isn't a major drawback. Initial Cost: Compared to some lower-priced baking sheets, the Nordic Ware Naturals Big Sheet is an investment. However, given its durability, performance, and versatility, it is absolutely worth every penny. I see this as a lifetime piece of cookware. Overall: The Nordic Ware Naturals Big Sheet is a baking essential that every serious home cook should have in their kitchen. It's a testament to quality craftsmanship and delivers exceptional results every time. If you're tired of unevenly baked goods, overcrowded pans, and flimsy sheets, treat yourself to this game-changing piece of cookware. You won't regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it and consider it one of my best kitchen purchases.

We've only had these about 6 months and don't bake a ton, but they've worked beautifully each time. They aren't non-stick but they clean up very easily. I've had to use a green plastic scrubby a few times to get some burnt bits off, which leaves faint grooves in the pans, but I don't mind the tiny patterns a bit. They're still as beautiful and non-stick as when they arrived. They cook whatever we're making well and we appreciate the medium weight. We also like that the half-sheet size is a little bigger than our previous sheet pans, so you can fit more. They work beautifully with the Nordic Ware wire rack too. Together, they're perfect to bake on.

Love this big, sturdy baking pan. Easy to clean if you use parchment paper.

As a private chef, I’ve gone through a lot of Baking trays over the years. I have to say, this Nordic Ware tray is by far the best I’ve used. After a a year of daily use, these are my thoughts/observations: - Build Quality This sheet pan feels like what a quality pan should. It's made from pure aluminium, which I’ve learned is really good at conducting heat evenly. Some of the cheaper pans I’ve used in the past tend to warp or bend, especially when roasting things at higher temperatures, but this one NEVER warps!! It’s thick without being too heavy, so it feels sturdy when you’re handling it but not like you’re wrestling with a super heavy piece of metal. I can carry it with one hand out of the oven, freeing up the other for shutting the oven door/making space to put the hot tray down. - Cooking Performance One of the things I’ve noticed with this pan is how evenly it cooks things. Whether I'm making cookies, roasting veggies, or baking chicken thighs, everything comes out perfectly browned. With other pans, I used to end up with cookies that were over-baked on one side or roasted vegetables that would burn in some areas but stay soggy in others. That hasn’t been a problem with this pan - everything comes out evenly cooked every time, and I don’t feel like I need to constantly turn the pan or rotate it in the oven. - Versatility This pan is great for everything. It’s the perfect size for my commercial oven (WARNING; will not fit in a standard UK Oven! If you have a domestic oven, go for a 1/2 sheet size!!) I use it for everything from baking cookies, making sheet cakes, to roasting veggies. It’s deep enough that liquids don’t spill over, but it’s still low enough on the sides that you get that nice airflow when roasting/baking for even browning. - Cleaning and Maintenance Speaking of cleanup, I’ve found that it cleans up really well as long as I don’t let things sit too long. If you do leave it a bit too long, I find a good soak with hot soapy water does it - it just takes a bit more elbow grease to scrub it clean. To be fair, it’s held up extremely well to scrubbing and hasn’t got any signs or ware and tear yet! I usually use parchment paper for baking cookies, but when roasting veggies directly on the pan, I haven’t had any major issues with sticking. I will say, though, that because it’s aluminium, it can react to acidic foods like tomatoes. I roasted some tomatoes once, and it left a bit of discolouration for a month or so, but it didn’t affect how the pan works at all. Just something to be aware of. I also always hand wash it, which I’d recommend to anyone using it. I’ve put an Aluminium pan in the dishwasher previously which wrecked the coating so probably not worth the risk. Since it’s so easy to clean, I don’t mind hand washing it at all. - Durability After months of daily use, it still looks great. For the price, I was honestly expecting it to show more wear by now, but it’s held up really well. ### Price and Value Considering the quality and durability of this pan, I think it’s a great value. I’ve spent money on cheaper pans in the past that ended up warping or just not cooking things evenly. I’ve also purchased pans twice the price that need replacing after a year or so because the coating didn’t last longer than 6 months. This Nordic Ware pan is totally worth it. It won’t need replacing anytime soon, and it’s become one of my go-to kitchen tools. In fact I’ve just purchased a second one and am seriously thinking about replacing all my old pans with these! Final Thoughts Overall, I can’t recommend this sheet pan enough. It’s a simple, reliable piece of kitchen equipment that does exactly what you need it to do. This pan will serve you well whether you’re an occasional baker or a full time chef. It’s durable, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean which makes it a real winner in my book. If you’re looking to upgrade your sheet pan, you won’t regret choosing this one!
