I’ve been taking this liquid vitamin B-complex consistently for several months. I have PCOS, so B vitamins are something I include in my routine long-term, and this format works really well for me. The liquid is red, slightly sweet, and easy to take. Over time, I’ve noticed my nails feel much stronger, and my hair looks healthier with a lot of new baby hairs growing in. The supplement contains a few other B's which is a nice addition. It tastes great too. The one criticism I have is the fact the .5 mark on the dropper is extremely difficult to see. If the suggested dose were the entire dropperful it would be much easier.
