Redude Tumber Replacement Lid
I sent it back and was so disappointed in it. It was supposed to fit a 30-40 oz mug and my ug is 30 oz and the lid I received was too big. I don't understand why it was a way too big. I had ordered one before this one and it was too small but that was my fault for not reading the info properly. But was totally disappointed when I received the 2nd one and found it was a way too big. Not sure why I can't get the right size. So I was very disappointed..

The best has fallen...
I have had four of the reduce 52 ounce tankards they are the tankers themselves are a very durable very well-insulated they hold ice for a very long time and you know obviously keep your drink cool before on the older ones that I've all purchased the lids fit perfectly without question and but eventually you know if your mug Falls and stupid Flipper on the lid brakes well then you know you're kind of you eventually you're like okay well then they started leaking eventually. It was obvious that the little Rubber seal or silicone seal that is used had started to fail somehow they're dry outer it just wasn't getting the job done anymore I called the company because it should be like the simplest little item I mean talking about dollar item that is used on not just the 52 but the 40 and the 32 and they don't sell they don't sell the gasket we're actually the thing supposed to be like in your home lifetime mug in the only say we know you'll never have any problems with this well wrong they told me that they didn't have any Lids available for my 52 and it's just out of luck then later on they tell me that the ones that are already on Amazon for the 32 in the forties I believe fit for the 50 twos as well and that's the one I need to buy nowhere on that product does it say it fits the 52 but okay so I bought it and yes it does actually fit in the hole and it seems that it's intended to be the right one but it leaks leaks all over the damn place taking me off I've tried moving the little washer inside out I've tried turning it around different spots I've had no luck it seems just always leaking and now it's like irritating so I've stopped using it.Worst part of it all I think it was just the real crappy customer support that I received on it very disappointing. Very disappointed right before when I bought my original too I had nothing but great support with them I can't remember why I had to contact them but I did and they were superb but I won't buy their products anymore unless your customer support somehow saves the day but I'm not even going to try now

Know Exactly What You are Buying!
When I ordered, I was tired and in a hurry. I saw where the description showed A "2 pack" on the image shown. Paying $15 for 2 replacement plastic lids I thought I was getting was outrageous enough at $7.50 each ( which likely cost no more than 50¢ - 75¢ each to manufacture at most if truth be told) but to then discover upon arrival that the "2 pack" was actually for a single replacement lid with a straw made me furious. Seriously? Talk about misleading advertising! I should have just bought a whole new tumbler for the money involved. The lid is the correct size for my 50 oz Reduce tumbler but I believe the gasket is somewhat thinner on the replacement because the lid doesn't fit i as tightly as the original lid did. So far, though, the lid isn't leaking but I worry if the tumbler were to take a good fall, the lid might come flying off. Only time will tell. If this exorbitantly price replacement lid breaks down the road, I'll forgo the replacement lid and just buy a whole new tumbler next time. Lesson learned. If I had realized that I was buying only one lid for $15 , I never would have purchased it. I feel ripped off.

Product is great, shipping is horrible
The product is exactly as advertised, it fits perfectly for my 30oz tumbler. What isn't great is every single on is damaged in shipping. They put a zip tie where the seal is and close the lid, damaging the seal. Causing the lid to now leak. You can even see the indentations on the seal.
