Excelente Casio por muy buen precio. Tiene 5 alarmas, cronómetro, cuenta regresiva y segundo uso horario. El display es ligeramente más grande que en la mayoría de los relojes de la serie F, por ej. el F-91W.

The watch itself was fine but less than 3 months after buying it the strap fell off without being subject to any knocks. The trouble was not in the strap itself or the pin holding it but rather the plastic foundation of the watch which holds the strap, ie it can not be fixed by buying a new strap.

This watch is everything you would expect from a Casio, it quickly becomes an extension of your daily life and the functions never cease to surprise you in their simple usefulness. After you spend a few days getting used to the functions, you have a cool little computer on your wrist. What makes this model unique is the repeating countdown timer, which I use as a meditation bell as Thich Nhat Hanh's tradition does. In that practice, if you are at one of the Plum Village retreats or temples, there will be a bell sound every 15 minutes and everyone stops for a moment to relax the neck/shoulders, recenter, and restate their intention or focus as they flow back to reality. After a few days of this anyone will see a difference in the way they go about their daily life, I guarantee it. It's not nearly as intrusive as it sounds, an alarm going off every 15 minutes, if it's part of your practice. It's also easy to adjust the countdown timer to whatever you want. I suggest giving it a shot if you think you'd be open to it. The Plum Village app is free on iOS/Android and is a perfect implementation of this for our times, but this watch is an affordable (and stylish if that's your thing) way to have a dependable meditation bell always with you, one that's easy to adjust and turn on/off as needed, just like a good old Casio. It fits right in with your workflows if you are a person who likes gadgets or works in tech, and while the Buddha advises non-attachment to material things, I can confirm this watch is a great tool to have on the path.
