Vitality CBD Oral Spray in MCT Oil, 600 mg, Berry, 30 ml, NO THC

Bought the berry flavour seem to be working to help ease muscle pain, I didn’t shake the first bottle I got before using though and was left with a concentrated berry flavour for the last few mls it was rank! Remember to give it a shake before dispensing drops or spray!

I literally compared strength to price ratio of every existing CBD oil on Amazon and this is the cheapest you can currently get.Let's not even mention a lot of "hemp oils" there don't even have any CBD inside.The taste is weird and feels like cough syrup but it gets the job done. Its relaxing

Ive had this before in lower dose and to be honest while im still sceptical about CBD i do believe this dose is working albeit not for anxiety really but helping me get to sleep on silly shifts im on , gonna continue to take it and tastes great , for price will buy again unless goes back up to 20 quid

had really hoped this would help me but ended up making me feel totally out of it and unwell during the day, even though I took it at night. Might try again at a later date but a bit reluctant to at the moment. Doesn't mean it won't work for someone else.

I see a lot of mixed reviews, I think people maybe has disregarded the dosage of breaking it in and gone straight to 70mg. I think it’s fair to see you will feel more tired the next day once trialling your goals for CBD oils, I personally take 50mg as an 84kg man. I think it works wonders for me. If I take more than that, it affects me in the morning by feeling a bit more tired, harder to get out of bed. My point is, listen to your body and adjust. This is the 4800mg version, it’s sensible to read the label people!

I've been researching CBD oil products for a while now. I've read lots of reviews and wanted give an honest review in return.... Everything depends on the proof of CBD purity and whether it has been lab batch tested. These products aren't produced in the same way as Pharma product, so the quality can vary per batch. The proof of purity vs expense is what to look for. Many companies have different CBD extraction processes along with a wide price range. For this price, 'Vitality' (UK company) seems pretty good, but check your sell by dates. a few reviews stated 'out of date' stock (Amazons fault I think). To me, I couldn't detect any harsh flavour (I used natural & lemon). As for effects of a months use: I had no respite from any pain. I have lower back and neck problems and this had no effect for me. The main successes was a restful night's sleep and feeling somewhat calmed! I suffer from insomnia and after using this nightly I been enjoying a deep sound sleep. However, with my next order I will be trying out a lower dosage, I used 4800mg using 2x sprays as recommended. I regularly woke up the next morning with a headache resembling a hangover. This soon passed, but best to find a dosage suitable for your own tollerances.For the price and purity, I would recommend this product, but keep an eye on Amazon's pricing since it seems to wildly fluctuate no apparent reason. Don't bother about the flavours, they seem to cost more and after all it's an oil after all (CDB & cocconut), so it takes just tastes like a cheap olive oil. Most importantly, in this day and age, sleep well.

What I liked: the flavour is nice and it has helped my mood and sleep.What I did not like and why I gave it one star: The spray dispenser is hopeless. When you spray some under your tongue, the force is so strong that the oil bounces off the membrane and back out of the mouth, onto lips, fingers and anything else in the way. It also leaks product over the phial, resulting in loss of product, and oil over things which has to be wiped off.I followed the directions faithfully, yet the phial, which is supposed to be one month's supply at the prescribed doses, only lasted two weeks, presumably because most of it ended up spread over the phial. The spray tube also does not reach to the bottom of the phial, so you can't use the last amount, and the spray often just shoots air into your mouth, even when holding the phial perfectly upright.I also did not realise that I would have to use the product several times during the day to get the full prescribed dosage. It's advised to use the product twice a day but it's impossible to keep that amount of oil under the tongue for 90 seconds without it moving into the mouth or leaking past the lips. So spreading the dosage out to four times a day is more manageable but it's inconvenient and, because of the oil spreading all over the place, time consuming to clean up.So I will not be buying the product again, which is a shame as it seemed to work, but if it only lasts half the time that it should, and I have to wipe oil off things (which messes with my OCD), it's no good for me and works out twice as expensive.
