Not used it much but so far a pleasure to use. If you haven’t used stainless steel before then I suggest you do a little bit of research on YouTube. This is my first stainless steel and I found YouTube really helpful. The pan itself looks beautiful and is well designed. The first few times I used it there was rainbow effect left after cooking but this is normal and happens if you have it on too high a heat although I’ve never had it on high as medium heat is the best setting for most cooking as the pan gets very hot. However, this colouration is easily removed by using white finger and water. I will add more to this review after a few more months of use.
