What are rhe demensions of the actual cover? I am not pjtting the box ver my grill so those demensions are not of importance

I don't know the dimensions, but I can tell the cover fits the grill perfectly. It is not to tight or to loose. I am very happy with this cover.

Does the cover have straps to tighten on the grill?

Yes. There are velcro straps on each end which allows you to tighten the cover.

What is the warranty on this cover? I've had mine just over a year and it is leaking. I don't want to post a bad review if there is some warranty.
