Good product, little tough on holding part if you are use to of other shapes & size. Overall very good product.

I bought this set principally for the mini food processor function. It's a well-priced set but I found a key flaw upon its first use - the container 'airlocked' and I could not separate the lid from the container when I had finished processing. Eventually I had to slide a thin knife down the side to release the air pressure, which worked but risks damaging the container if I have to do that every time! I haven't used it since so only time will tell if this is a recurring issue.

The brand is very well-known and good but particularly this model is not the easiest to use. Pressing pulse/turbo buttons requires extra pressure and sometimes buttons do not react instantly.Also the chopper bowl is hard to open/close due to the lock function.
