How long will this product last in central Arizona?

I have been using this product since 2017 (on a Greenhouse, mostly, but have found many uses for it) and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I have been very satisfied with the performance. It gets very hot out here. I don't know how long before I will need to replace the entire film used on my greenhouse (I have double wrapped it). I have so far just needed to patch and it has been working out very well. Duck Brand All Weather Indoor/Outdoor Repair Tape, Clear, 1.88-Inch x 100-Feet, Single Roll, 281230 is what I use to patch (punctures by equipment, gouges and scratches by animals, and various mishaps).

Is there a outside and inside to the plastic? If so how do I tell if I've orientated it correctly?

Our plastic came with the words "This Side Down" written on the plastic. We used the Farm Plastic Supply website to confirm these instructions. We were told that the words should face the soil, making them read backwards when you're standing outside the greenhouse.

Is this made of Polyethyelene?

Low density polyetylene with UV inhibitors. 4 year UV life.

How long is it and how wide is it?

Depending how you’re facing the plastic, it can be 40 feet wide by 25 feet long OR 25 feet wide by 40 feet long! It’s pretty impressive!
