I thought I was getting what was pictured. Instead, I got a used, rough looking Public Library book for half the brand new retail price of $14.99. I paid $8.08 total for this book. I will stay away from private sellers....lesson learned! The book contents are great. It has pages and pages of tiny home floor plans along with detailed costs associated with each plan. It is very informative and even brand new at $14.99 it is a bargain for what is inside.

Great book with lots of floor plans to choose from! My son is looking to build a home that is bigger than a tiny home but smaller than a traditional sized home. This book provided lots of great options.

Excellent book, exactly what I was looking for. Wanting ideas for exteriors and floor plans for a laneway home/carriage house. So many great options to flip through. 100% what I wanted this book to be. Option to buy the plans for the house.

A lot of great ideas for smaller homes. That said, the plans and designs themselves are inconsistent in terms of dimensions and abbreviations. Most of the plans are more traditional in design but their are some great ideas overall for brainstorming.

Very happy with this book. Beautiful illustrations. Would recommend.
