I just received the product and it's not working I waited so long for it to reach and it's not working I even bought new batteries just in case the included batteries are not working and still the same

Device not working at all
When I received the device, I turned it on, but the device never worked and did not issue any response, knowing that I used the same batteries that came with it and put new batteries, but the same problem, I received the product on Friday and returned it the second day, a bad experience. I advise those who want to buy to go to an actual store and try piece before taking it.
