There’s somebody written a historic account readable, entertaining and obviously good researched. Can hardly stop reading and was partly even amused and moved sometimes as well about how he described the characters. Definitely a recommandation! Sorry, my english is not perfect, I‘m german ;-)

Great book. Very different from the Netflix Series as it covered the whole war with access to the official SAS Regimental Diaries and papers of many prominent members. Lots of insight into many of the characters that were found in the SAS and the conditions they had to endure. A very good read.
