The price was very reasonable but the pen is sopoorly made, it makes me wonder if it's the real thing?

Many pens are now made in India under lucense from Parker quality may be down a shade but they are original

Is this pen the same as the Parker Jotter?

Not that I know. I had a previous classic for 24 years. Loved it dad gave it day I graduate academy. So buying another. Jotter looks wider appears thicker.
