Sturdy, well made and adjustable; I bought them to replace mounts lost while painting the walls. I have small rods, .5 inch ( 1.3cm), and they lay nicely in the mounts, the only issue is the screws that secure the rods don't reach far enough down to secure them. That is not an issue because of where I mounted the curtains they stay closed most of the time; and larger rods should be work with the securing screws.

I was looking for a pair of brackets which would go with the curtain rods that I have at home. These brackets are very sturdy and are adjustable to boot. Not the most elegant solution out there but they are adjustable and get the job done.

Exactly what I needed. I wish the standoff adjustment screw came from the bottom instead of accesss from the top. It works well.
