I received the item and it was broken

Seems to be a good quality product but doesn't last long. When we got it, there was enough of a space between the edges of the rink and the rink top and when you play, the puck constantly gets stuck. We also have had issues with the motor. It worked for one day and now doesn't blow hard enough to keep the puck suspended to be able to actually play the game as intended. We tried brand new batteries and still no improvement.

I purchased the Wood Tabletop Air Hockey Table for my 4 and 5 year old and this is the perfect gift. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze and it was ready to go in a matter of minutes. The construction of the game piece is fantastic and I can tell it's going to last a long time for my boys. This 20" tabletop game fits nicely on our coffee table and provides hours of enjoyment for my kids. Perfect for parties and since it's only 20" storing is a breeze and it's easy to take on road trips. Fantastic table top and can't wait to explore the rest of the games from Snap 'n play. A+ from this mother of 3.

Expectations were not very high for this; on assembly the springs that hold the batteries in place kept popping out. It was not fixable on our end. Returns were ok.

Works well for the price. The pucks get stuck a little after scoring, but not really an obstacle. The kids enjoy it.

I ordered this as a Santa gift for my two boys. They were so excited when they saw it. Imagine how heart broken they were when they realized Santa brought them a defective gift. After getting the $20 worth of batteries into this thing and turning on the switch with anticipation, nothing. The fan did not work at all. I will be returning this. I would highly recommend looking for a different table. This just isn't the one.
