Great supplement overall; supposedly b complex is helpful for a bunch of things but more importantly having good sleep at night; independently if you do exercise or not; totally recommend if you can order these; sometimes they won't ship to certain places; which is a real shame.

Hello I’ve been taking Wellman conception for the past month, and here’s what I’ve noticed so far. Within the first week or two, I felt a bit more alert in the mornings and more focused at work. One tablet with breakfast and I’m done for the day. It has a good mix of vitamins and minerals I really recommend this product
