Incomplete kit
I received 6 confetti out of 10 and 12 balloons out of 20. Swirls were not included too! Happy birthday balloon letters are bad quality. I do not recommend purchasing this kit.

Excellent customer service
I haven’t used the balloons yet as the party is in a few weeks, however they feel like very good quality products. They whole package even came with a pump which will come in handy. As soon as my item was delivered, the seller even contacted me to make sure I was happy and even wished me a happy birthday which was lovely. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. I can’t wait to use the birthday package.
