The quality is very good, very sharp (be careful when using) and what i like the most is the sturdiness of this knife, specially when cutting meat bones and hard vegetables. Two thumbs up!

A must have for your kitchen needs. Very sharp and the unibody design is amazing and I expect it will last quite long.

It's sharp enough, that's not the issue. However, it has the bump where the blade meets the handle and it keeps bumping into the chopping block not allowing for quick and fine cuts to small items like garlic. Still, it feels quite solid and does the job for most food items.

Amazingly sharp, be careful with it as the size was a little bigger than I was used to and I managed to cut myself twice. Very good value for money!

Lo esperaba bastante más afilado, el filo corta verduras pero en la carne se nota el pobre afilado con el que llega. Por lo demás, la calidad se nota justita y de durabilidad no puedo comentar nada aún.

Lo compré por aprovechar una oferta y corta muy bien aunque es un poco pesado y se me hace raro el manejo. Aún así está bien. Se conserva bien.

Al final del filo de la hoja se ve esta separación. Por lo tanto no me terminó de convencer. Que pena.
