Nice compression sleeves. Football official who wears knee braces and needed something to wear under the braces to minimize the irritation from the braces. These fit great and do the job. Also seem to be very well made and an excellent value for the price. Also wrap the bottom of the sleeve back up over the knee brace to keep the knee brace from sliding down.

Update- I've been trying this again as a comfort sleeve, and seems to be working for that purpose now, where originally it allowed my ROM brace to slip. I'm not sure if washing it made a difference or if I didn't have my brace strapped on tight enough that first time, but really does make it more comfortable to wear and have ordered a second one for my other leg. The price increased by $1 since my last order. For its intended use, it is a quality sleeve, the sizing chart was spot on for the X-Large, and it helps keep my leg cool. But, unlike other reviewers who stated they bought this as a comfort sleeve for their knee brace, both an ACE neoprene sleeve and my NEO G ROM brace with silicone anti-slip inserts, slips down out of place in a very short amount of time when worn over this sleeve. It definitely makes wearing a brace more comfortable, and the sleeve itself stays in place well. I may try it on my other leg by itself since my right knee has a lesser version of the same problem as my left. I would say in comparison that I prefer this sleeve over a Copper Fit that I quit wearing that would slip out of place despite being the same size. This also does not feel like it is too much compression, and very comfortable. I'm giving 5 stars since it is not advertised for use as a brace comfort sleeve which it failed at in my case with the neoprene and silicone unable to grip the fabric as well as they do on bare skin. Otherwise I can recommend for its intended use.

I use it with a donjoy armor fourcepoint hinge brace and it works well as an undersleeve to avoid the chafing that was caused without it. The elastic band at the top does cause some discomfort which goes away if you do some adjustments. The max continuous duration I have worn it is about 2-3 hours during which I was always comfortable. Handwashed with a detergent and air dryed without any issues. As others pointed out, this will not provide any compression so look for other thicker sleeves if you need it primarily for compression. Compared to other much more expensive undersleeves, this is a good value for money and I plan to get another pair.

It is a very good material it’s not too tight and it’s not see through, it’s a lot better than some of the other white ones I tried

I have to wear leg braces and these do a great job as a barrier where my braces make skin contact. I am 6’0 tall and these cover the top of my ankle above my knee. I haven’t had any trouble with them sliding down.

Although the sleeves are good and helped me in putting my brace on top but after wearing it few times it started to slip from the top :-(. So although it is good fit at the bottom but the top part goes under the brace and that is uncomfortable. I have to keep pulling it up. This normally happens only when I am playing while wearing this.

They fit great. They don’t slip up and down your leg. The compression is just right. They feel like they’re made of good quality material. I do have smaller legs, so for me. They were perfect, but I could see where someone would say that. They’re too tight to snug, but for my size they were perfect.
