I couldn’t be more thankful for these colostrum collectors/savers. I personally started pumping 5 days before my scheduled induction. I have 2 older kiddos whom I did NOT breastfeed (personal reasons) but decided this time around we were going to try our best. When you first start pumping you get a few drops but them as time goes you will get a little more. These containers made it perfect for me to put my “liquid gold” in and save in the freezer for a later date. We used ours for baby acne. Highly recommend. Size reference in photo

5 stars because it could be great for other women. I never used it and my nipple didn’t fit to directly get any into it and I only let out drops of colostrum at a time.

Very easy to use and store and clean. Much nicer than disposable syringes. The size and the opening make it for easy direct collection, and the tip allows for direct distribution to baby’s mouth. I’ve used them to harvest colostrum and I love that there is no waste - they can be sterilized and passed on to someone else.

These saved me and my baby! Omg I don't know what the instinct was but I had to have these and start collecting colostrum before my baby was due. I used tutorials and youtube videos to learn and get going. I was able to fill two before my induction date. During my birth it was discovered I had chorioamnionitis and baby and I were going down. Luckily he came out okay but was having a hard time regulating temperature. I was in the post partum room and they sent in a specialist to help me breast feet and the doctor, nurse, and specialist were so pumped when I pulled out these bad boys from the fridge. They said skin to skin and my colostrum was the best thing I could do to get him better. Those and the haakaa silicone breast pump helped me nurture my baby back and we were able to avoid the NICU. I was so happy and pleased with how these products jump started my breastfeeding journey. It was so easy for the medical staff to keep track of how much colostrum he was getting and it was super easy to have him breast feed and I squeezed little droplets onto my nipple for him to drink while he feed. I 100% recommend all the Haakaa products. They made this first time moms experience amazing and when I have my second baby I will 100% be repurchasing these again.

So I myself have not had children but it was on the list for a friend’s baby shower and I was trying to buy the last few things on there.She says it works as intended, so that’s good. Unable to give much details due to the nature of this item and the fact that I did not use it personally.

I just had my second little one via c-section and I would have had to supplement with formula if I didn't have these! (Which is fine for some but I truly wanted to avoid it if at all possible ♡) I couldn't hold food nor water down for over 24 hours after my c section, so I became dehydrated and I wasn't producing enough colostrum for day 2 & day 3. But thankfully I had these to supplement with!!While collecting the colostrum I found it easier to remove the cap entirely, instead of attempting to squeeze the tube and suck up the drops of colostrum per the directions. These worked phenomenally well with some patience and practice. Although a nurse at the hospital did manage to spill an entire tube... so next time I'll chose to go with a bigger pack, just to be on the safe side!

The suction ability of these is not really helpful, but for storing and serving colostrum they work perfectly. So good to be able to use these in the very early days in conjunction with a haakaa instead of having to pull the bottles out for tiny supplemental feeds. Was able to reuse them by sterilizing in boiling water, etc.
