Smooth and absolutely the best coffee I have ever enjoyed. so much

This is the most delicious coffee I have ever had (mmmm!) and as a light roast it doesn’t hurt your stomach! With a sensitive stomach coffee is a challenge. I like the fragrance and the flavor, but it always does a number on my gut. This light roast has all the flavor and less of the bite! Bless Costa Rica!

I’m extremely picky about my coffee. My main, being locally roasted beams from a nearby Native Reservation. But I need a change every now and then, and this is beautifully smooth and tasteful. It’s pricey though. Probably mainly for exporting. But it’s worth it to me.

My husband had this coffee on a trip to Costa Rica and now insists on having it at home. Flavor and aroma are great.However, the last shipment I received was not vacuum sealed. Usually the bag is brick hard and releases when I open the bag. This shipment, the bag is sealed, but the bag is squishy, so no vacuum. Not sure if it will make a difference in the coffee.

This is one of my favorite Costarrican coffee. I am from CR and this is the true thing. Fully recommend

This coffee was highly reviewed, so all I can think is that perhaps I bought an old batch as I found it mild at best. I was hoping for the whole beans, but could only find this pre-ground (finely) stuff online. The first pot I brewed (filter style) was extremely bland and weak so I made another by doubling the amount of coffee and halving the water. The second pot had more flavor, but still tasted and smelled very very mild and not at all flavorful as others are saying. I literally cannot add any more coffee or my mesh screen filter will overflow so I'm going to have to pass on this coffee and just hope I can taste it in Costa Rica someday and maybe it will be better, or at least fresher.
