Seems OK... Can't tell unless used for 2 months to notice improvements... Seems so far so good After 1 month biotin proven the results made for and I can see good results is nails shape and they look so healthy honestly... bakwas wasted money

I bought this product on the 7 Oct and I am writing this review after having used it for over a month…. As a supplement for hair nails and skin I have significantly noticed that my nails have become stronger and less brittle and less prone to breakage and damage…earlier I was really struggling to keep them from chipping and breaking but now I have felt a big improvement in that aspect….. As for hair I didn’t really feel much difference in hair fall….. Also I didn’t notice any difference in my skin…but I do feel like I will definitely continue with the product…!!!!
