The product is good but i am not sure why it was not sealed fully while i got this, The pack was open from one end, but the product inside was unused.

Waste of money There is no quality n quantity of product

The lip balm itself is good but the build quality is way below expectation. Till now, in the last month, i have ordered two of them and both of them had flaws. In case of the first one, the top of the lip balm (not the cap) through which the lip balm comes out started to crack and eventually broke down into pieces only after one to two weeks of usage.....now the second one is even more disappointing - the mechanism with which the lip balm comes out is faulty and eventually only within two days of usage, it broke down and doesn't eject the lip balm anymore. But the balm itself is good as, it really healed my lips and reduced darkening. BIG IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED IN BUILD QUALITY........BUT....BUT......the third one i ordered came out to be perfect....even the lip balm spreads perfectly and it feels sturdy till now

Bij het ontvangen een lange twee weken gebruikt voor een aantal keer per dag. Werkt niet voor het oplichten van je lippen dus das een verkoop praatje en marketing. Ook heb ik 48 euro betaald bij amazon en zag mijn zus hem te koop voor 8 euro op een andere Nederlanderse website en morgen in huis. Eind conclusie 6x zoveel betaald werkt niet en moest er 21 dagen op wachten Bespaar jezelf de moeite ! Amazone is dus niet eerlijk met de prijzen en je wacht langer dan 3 weken op je artikel. Komt dus uit de usa Ik houd het lekker bij de vertrouwde Boll.com de groeten
