I found using this I was able to pack away my weights as this does the whole top half of your body & you can have it set to your ability

BE careful when using this. You have to check the bottom screw in the middle to make sure that it is not coming lose. Other than that the item is perfect and I have had no issues with this at all. Despite it not being made of steel and being made out of aluminum the item works just fine.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Item is ideal for teenagers upwards. Used regularly by my two 16 yr old grandsons under adult supervision to prevent trying too hard.

I liked from first day.is good that can set the power,resistence,so can warm up,work hard,i can use it for more muscle,take little space to keep it,good for all,women,men,bigginer or professional.need to keep mind sometimes at screw if are lose but ok...really enjoy it

Small and light. X2 screws needed tightening after about 20 seconds of use. The bars were wobbly. Power level, inconsistent. Felt the equipment fail from intense to easy.

I've been struggling with developing my inner chest muscle (it's the line down your chest if you ask me). Some say it's because my pecs aren't big enough yet; however, I think it's more because I have not been able to work those muscles properly.With this, I have been able to have a good exercise of those muscles. And what's more, the equipment is small and fold flat that I can just tuck it under the sofa and get it out to work when I'm sitting on the sofa watching Netflix. The resistance is adjustable so you can set it up or down based on your strength.I almost forgot, you can adjust the angle of the arm to work different muscle as well. This can be done to work on shoulders and outer chest muscles as well. My quick guide is that you hold this parallel with your body for inner chest muscle, and parallel with the floor for shoulder and outer chest (imagine using a big pair of loppers to snip branches). It's just that I have different equipment for those so not quite applicable for me.

Unfortunately i was sent a defective item. It was brilliant for the first use out of the great arm and chest workout. But when i came to use it again the hydraulic system just stopped working there was zero resistance and rendered the item usless i have had to return the item Unfortunately
