Worst customer service
The product was good but it didn't charge properly. While charging the green light was on, so I thought it was charging. But after a week realized it wasn't charging. But since it was after 7 days Amazon didn't process a return for this product. I tried contacting the manufacturers, there isn't a single number or mail id that answers your queries. I contacted Amazon customer service regarding the issue, they were saying they couldn't do anything until I get a service denied letter from the manufacturers. I don't know how am I supposed to get a letter from them if I can't even contact the manufacturers. Really disappointed with both amazon and fendaaudio.
