Anyone who is looking for more enrichment outside of the cage for ferrets/rats (or any other animal similar to this) this is AMAZING! I bought it for my rattos and its the perfect size for them as most cat trees tend to be too big! As far as cats, I dont personally believe this will be a great permanent option if youre currently buying for a kitten! This would most likely be too small in size for a larger/full grown kitty! Though the quality is amazing, very sturdy, and easy to assemble!

This is a fantastic cat tree. I did have to drill one hole on my own that was missing but beyond that it's super sturdy and our two large cats love it.

So this is great for smaller cats, which I have. But even then I put about 25 pounds of weight on the base. It is very tall and not wide so it can get shaky. She sometimes leaps off and can push it so the weight helps. I wouldn’t get this if your cat is a 10 pounds or more. My cat is like 7 pounds and fills in some of the resting areas and nooks. The building was pretty easy, I don’t know why one person on here thought the stairway hinge needed the bolt she said it did.

Our Munchkin kitten absolutely loves this cat condo. It's very tall and sturdy. It has a lot of scratching posts and places to hide and climb. It's a great base to add additional obstacles or window shelves to. It was easy to build. I highly recommend it.

Now that I've had this for around a month, I can leave a more reliable use review. This thing is trash. We have 2 full size cats and they are average in weight. The 2 perches are not even usable as they wobble but are tightened as much as I can get them without feeling like something will break. As said in the previous review I left, one of the cats had the mouse off in about 30 seconds from setting it up. The cloth that looks like microfiber is super thin cheap material. The rope is fair, the condo is tiny. May be a good buy for kittens but not for adult CATS.

Easy assembly. A little wobbly but if up against the wall more secure. Perches might be too small for large cats. Very pleased for price.

There's a reason this is much cheaper than similar items. I have this as well as the one that's the same size but twice the price, and the other is MUCH sturdier and has significantly bigger "houses." It's still a nice product for the price, but the top three perches wobble no matter how much I try to tighten them. Also, because there is only a strip of rope that they can scratch on the pole (as opposed to the full poles on the other models), the poles will be shredded almost immediately. I would suggest putting next to a wall, because it's light enough that it can be knocked over if they jump directly to any of the top sections. It happened once to me and almost crushed another one of my cats.

Great picture instructions. Everything was there including the allen wrench. We ended up putting it together in a different configuration to suit our needs. We just had a few parts left over. We have a medium size cat (5 lbs) and it works fine. Sitting areas might be a bit small for a larger car.
