Burns your lips
Purchased to get a mental boost for that mid day slump. Toothpicks are kinda greasy and burn my lips and mouth. Did produce a little alertness that was accompanied by an annoying headache. Threw the rest out. Had better success cutting a nicotine patch in half and sticking it on my arm

This is not a review about how well they work or do not work. I gave mine away because after delivery and reading the label on the container I found out they contain sucralose.
