Amazing investment
I bought two of these to save space on my desk and they've proven to be very sturdy, flexible and easy to tailor. Both of my monitors are 7kg, which is the upper limit shown on the product page but the arms are so strong that there's no risk of the monitor drooping. In fact, I can easily set the resistance to be high enough that the monitor is pulled way up. The weight capacity much higher than 2-7kgs.The wire management is also really good so no complaints there. It just takes a little tweaking to get things rolling. One point to note is the wire pocket in the lower arm is screwed in whereas the top arm is just clipped in. The lower one can't be unscrewed using their screw driver so if you plan to open it to feed the wires through, you'll need a smaller screw driver. So far, the pockets are only wide enough to feed two wires in there. In my case, that's the power cable and VGA/HDMI. I'd prefer if I had room for one more but these wires are pretty thick so I'll take it for what it is.Very satisfied with mounts and their flexibility. It feels like my entire desk opened up finally.

It's sturdy but...
I'm currently using this desk mount for my Huion Kamvas GT-191 and it actually held up. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star is because it was so difficult to assemble that it almost hit my forehead because of the spring. The manual is not very clear with the instructions as well. Will i buy one again for my other monitor. Yes since I know how to assemble it now but I have to take time in assembling it again.

Good quality product at a reasonable price
The monitor arm was delivered quickly and was fairly easy to install. It looks and feels robust and performs as expected. The assembly and adjustment instructions could definitely be clearer.

Nearly hit my jaw.Not safe to use.

The strength and material are good.Price bit higher with the same function.I bought it due to its black color/or Aesthetic.

A fantastic product and an even better support team
Hey there,Apart from making this review look like its a bot :) I just wanted to say the product is great. Its sturdy, strong (holds my 27inch AOC monitor) and works like a charm. The cool thing is 2 opens for mounting it to a desk which I found convenient.I also want to say that the support team (as I was a little confused on few of the function (in short locking the arm in place and having it mobile) are AMAZING!!! They are extremely responsive, polite and more over understanding.I would 100% recommend this to anyone working from home, looking for a mount in the office or even a gamer looking to have multiple screens and a clean and way to mount themAdded bonus: built in cable management integrated into the arm and conceals the cable which helps keep your space clean.Thanks a ton guys and great job

Good stable system
Fairly easy to install and to ust mechanism. Internal cable management system could be better but OK for small cables.

The stand itself is good but the manual is complete garbage
So the product is nice for the price and everything but the manual doesn’t have half the steps you need to assemble the stand
