I think you should be ok. I'm 5'11" and it was long on me. Coat tails almost reached the floor.

I purchased a large and I am slender build. It fits perfectly. Size 42 is normally XL. Check to see sellers description of the item. If in Asian, it may be better to order 2 size larger. I purchased from another seller than this. Size of purchase was fine.
