عيبه الوحيد انه يعلق او يتاخر عند فتح البرامج وجوده الفيديو عاديه فيها قله الفريمات لو صارت لقطه سريعه التصوير مثل الضباب و لابد من الاشتراك فالخدمه لتخزين الفيديو فالنهاية مفيد أنه تركب مثل هذا النوع انصح بالاصدار الثالث ring3 يشبك على موجه 5GHz السريعه او مثل الإصدار القديم 2.4GHz

UAE setup doesn’t link with Alexa correctly
I bought this in good faith to work with the Echo Dot. The app doesn’t sync with the ring app allowing it be used as a chime. Tried all the help desks and forums to no avail.

voltage requirement
Good product like it but only issue is voltage requirement in 24V hence need transformer( as per electrician) to convert form 220 to 24V which make product expensive or impractical to use

Poor to non-existent audio capability
Very easy to install and setup. Unfortunately despite having perfect wifi signal, its impossible to communicare with someone remotely at the door. Audio quality is poor to non existent for both the person at the door and us remotely. Ring actually does nothing that a normal ip cctv camera couldnt do at a much lower price. Our cctv system from a rival brand the audio works flawlessly
