First time I was using the chunkers and so happy I got these shears. Beautiful results. They’re very sharp, be careful. Now every my customer looks better. Recommend!

I started using these curved scissors because my older dog is wiggly and hates to be groomed - like bits the shaver hates. Like anything that resembles grooming is his mortal enemy. These help me keep him from getting his skin nicked or hurt and I can angle them away from him while still getting the bangs he insists on having out of his eyes. I've also found that they help when cleaning up the fur in his paw pads, well when I can keep his foot still long enough to trim them out. I swear that do would rather look like a mop - all 12 lbs of him. Anyhow, these are some of the best dog wrangling scissors I've used and would highly recommend them for quick cleanups, matt trimming, and any other dog grooming needs you may have.

I'm still learning how to use these. So far I love them. Be careful, they are very sharp. I cut my fingers 2 different times when I was getting the hair off the blades. I would definitely recommend for thinning dogs hair.

Good for beginning home grooming. I like the durability, size, and weight of the scissors. Grooming tools are not cheap.

I have been using these shears for about a week now. I’m a professional groomer and will be using these as a nice looking sturdy back up shear. For the price you can not beat it. The finger holes are rather large so I added Inserts and problem is solved. I have used them on about 20 dogs so far and they have not dulled yet. They are very light weight and don’t feel to heavy on my wrist. I got The 8” straight shears.

I groom my two poodles. I had a hundred dollar curved scissors that was terrible. This cheaper one does a better job and I am very happy with it.

This is my second pair of Jason scissors. I love them! They are very sharp and make it so easy to cut my dogs hair.

These had good reviews, so I ordered a pair. They worked okay a couple of times, but seemed like they pulled the hair some. The next time I tried to use them, the blades would not close. I loosened the screw and they still would not close. I scanned the QR code that came with them and it leads to a youtube video that is not in English. I found some suggestions about forcing the blades past each other by applying pressure with the fingers in the handle in opposing directions. This did not work. I loosened the screw some more, but then the blades came all the way loose. If the screw is too loose, the handle doesn't "drop" correctly when testing for the proper tension. Tried to contact Jason without luck. Contacted Amazon and they are no help in getting a resolution. I bought some Hashimotos and they are excellent. I wish I had just bought them first.

Super sharp and the curved angle makes trimming our dog's face and paws easy and quick. It's comfortable and well made and the curve is perfect for professional looking grooming right at home.

Jus opened this new pair of chunkers today .. it can’t cut at all

Très satisfaite pour une coupe aux ciseaux de mon bichon dont le poil est ondulé. Attention, en 2 ou 3 coups de ciseaux sur la mèche, c'est coupé. Travailler à rebrousse poil, sur poil sec. Hyper bien demelé et nourri avec après shampoing. J'ajoute quand même de l'huile de jojoba dans mes mains en caressant la fourrure et sur les ciseaux pour une meilleure glisse. Donc après je refais un léger shampoing. Demain je finiolerai la tête avec un sculteur qui a plus de dents et donc effile plus finement.

Llevo usándolas un tiempo y son cómodas al corte, cortan muy bien y no se enganchan, tengo un bichón maltés y sin ningún problema a la hora de cortar. Si estás buscando unas de este estilo no lo dudes
