works like new. was nervous about buying reconditioned but they take pride in the work that's done. packaged very securely and arrived 2 days ahead of estimated delivery date

I purchased this for my disabled niece who has a ton of VCR tapes. I was a little skeptical because it was a refurbished product, but then again, all the VCR players these days are (obviously) going to be refurbs. I crossed my fingers and bought it, but it didn’t work. I do have to say, the company I purchased from was a stand-up company. Upon learning the player didn’t work, they sent out another unit to try. Alas, it didn’t work either, so they accepted it back and refunded my money.

Please advise on how to move forward. I had expected to receive an updated box that worked with my new Samsung HDI1 television.
