15 yukon xl. 5x10 tilt trailer swayed due to hitch height and no tongue weight. This product lowered the height effectively for a good price. I could not find a hitch that was low enough. I don’t haul heavy loads.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a carrier for my medical scooter and my jeep sits to high and makes it difficult to load and unload without help. This drop hitch makes it a one person job and makes my life so much easier.

It's a super sturdy extension. But to use it ya need two hitch pins. Would have been easy to include one and add the charge to the kit. Or make it an option.

I used it on class A motor home to flat tow my f 150. Worked great no problems ..

Curt makes excellent products. I have put this through the test even towing an off-road trailer on rough terrain.

I have a curt aftermarket hitch and a motorcycle carrier. This adapter worked well in raising my carrier up. I do recommend a hitch tightener with it.

Installed this with a Curt front hitch on my 2019 f150 xlt 4x4 for using with a winch in the near future. Plenty of clearance and added a anti-rattle piece to keep the noise down. Image shows it at a slight angle but that from the hitch itself and not the product. Look forward to testing the whole system out.

This item is perfect! Use it with our motorhome hitch to lower down 4 inches to attach our oxbow hitch and trailblazer. Definitely recommend great quality!
