Useless for quiet listening
The speaker is far too orientated to base(low frequency) sounds . The volume steps at the lower levels are either too quiet ( at lowest volume listening to voice radio is un intelligible due to the bass tones even at high treble low bass settings). The next step up in volume is too high for nightime listening. I appreciate that as I am past middle age my hearing may be a bit short on high frequencies , but if they are not reproduced in the first place…….. Only good for certain selected music . Drum and Base is great on it I regret having bought this in retrospect . I own probably 10 of the various incarnations of these devices.

It’s so easy to set up you can literally play any song you wantThis was a birthday present for me I can’t believe what it can doI would definitely recommend this this product to anyone young or old you won’t be disappointed

My first alexa based product and definitely won't be my last.It was recommended to me as having excellent sound quality and I must admit, my friend was correct.Alexa is fun to interact with.

Xmas gift for my mother
She’s pleased with it and managed to set it her self at 68 years old. More than happy with it and is constantly playing music through it or ebooks.
