I had a problem with the first lights and Amazon quickly replaced them. The lights are an easy install and they work and look great.Take the plastic coating off of the clear channels.

Love that as well as all colours it is also white. After using for a while noticed red led stayed on dimly. Notified Latch-it and they immediately sent out a new controller. Great service

These were super easy to install. I measured before I ordered to ensure I had length I needed. Used alcohol wipes let it dry a min rolled them out and peel and stick super simple. Took me maybe 30 mins top with a step stool. Per reviews I did buy an extended warranty with Amazon at check out incase I had any issues down the road. Brightness is good on these would buy them again and refer them to anyone looking for some.

I love the lights, the colors are great and the install was simple. It worked great for about an hour and stopped. The controller went bad but emailed them, no phone numbers, and had a new controller mailed out but we didn’t get it until after our first trip but works great. Thinking of other places I can install these inside.

I wanted two sets of these lights and their controls to work independently. I contacted their support about having two sets.Here is their response.Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in our awning kit! I'm afraid the two LED controllers might work with one remote if the other LED controller is within the remote's range. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have other questions. WARNING do not but from this company, I bought these lights against my better judgment from reading other reviews about the LED controller having problems I installed them and they worked for less than 5 minutes and the controller was very hot. Not I’ve tried to contact the latch it company multiple times by email and they will not reply and they do not offer a telephone number to call them. They’re warranty policy is terrible and says they will not stand behind any product unless order straight from Latch it, so that completely screws all Amazon customers. Again do not buy Latch it products they’re a substandard company

Install was easy, lights worked great for a week. Now the remote only works for red. Won't turn off or change color. If the remote still worked would give 5 stars.UPDATE: SELLER Reached out and sent a new controller which we installed and the lights have worked great now for three weeks! So we updated the stars - these lights are awesome and seller is super responsive.

this a great product but the seller is even greater. I had some issues but the customer service was really top notch. Very responsive and helpful. My advise is to not put the channels firmly against a fixed object. if you do it does not allow the channels to spread to accept the light strip. The instructions says to mount all the channels and then install the light strip. you may want to consider mounting the light strip in all the channels and then install it as a complete unit. electrical connections are easy and instructions help a lot. Overall a great product, 5 star seller and 5 star customer service.
