Great hose so far!
I've only owned this a few months but so far it works very well. The hose seems thicker and more sturdy than other brands I've tried. Connectors are high quality too (unlike some other reviewers mentioned hmmm). My only small complaint is the hose gets kinks in it easily, maybe simply due to the long length. Otherwise it's been good!

BEST hose ever!
There is a reason one should spend extra on hoses! I have 2 acres in Texas and do not have a sprinkler system so I am constantly moving hoses and sprinklers to water. I try other hoses because of sales but I always return them for flexzilla hoses. The swivelgrip makes it very easy to securely connect without leakages and disconnect. The color is very nice (we have gray and brown). We have had them for YEARS with dogs and children and high use; very durable. They rarely kink, they are lightweight. By far the best hoses.

Great value
It's a really good garden hose with great flexibility and great value. The green color is something I personally do not like but that is subjective. In general is great value hose with good kink resistance .

Great Hose, Almost Perfect, Minor Quality Gripe After A Year Of Use
I am reviewing a year after purchase as I browse my past items purchased. As far as hoses go, Flexzilla really is one of the best options. Light and flexible, sturdy wall thickness construction, and great resistance to kinking. However, if you are familiar with hoses, air hoses, heavy gauge power cords, you know that one annoyance can be that they fight to remain straightened. If it starts getting twisted, the hose can feel stiff and put torque on the sprayer end. I suggest using in parallel to a 'Reel' type storage system, so the hose remains in its natural linear orientation. I gave 4/5 stars because after nearly a year of admitted regular use, the barb connection at the sprayer handle failed and broke away from the hose itself. I realized the barb was fairly cheap and only held into the hose by friction and minor crimping of the rubber itself. Ideally this would be more of a 'Permanent' joint. I repaired it easily nonetheless with a readily available hose repair clamping joint (TIP - If you ever have this happen get the repair clamp with two solid metal halves that compress the hose. Don't get a worm gear clamp or you'll be avoiding the sharp metal tail all the time).

A gardeners / homeowners delight!
Excellent hose that is durable, very lightweight, and easy to maneuver around the yard (due to it's kink free design). Works great around the garden and with power washers. Don't hesitate to purchase one of these great Flexzilla hoses. Two thumbs up!

Not light weight, kinks easily, terrible to use
I really wanted to like this hose. I bought it to replace a lightweight expanding hose which popped after a couple of years of use. This is what I've typically seen with the lightweight hoses. The core is usually made of something like surgical tubing, with a woven fabric cover. Without water pressure, the tubing collapses and the hose is very light and easy to move around. When it fills up with water, the tubing expands and the woven cover keeps it from bursting. They work great for a couple of years until the weather and the sun's UV rays degrade the core, at which point they get full of cracks and spring a leak. I've never had one last more than a couple of years and I've also never had any luck trying to repair one. They work until they don't and that's that. I bought the Flexzilla hose because it is supposed to be light and durable, plus Flexzilla is supposed to have a great reputation. In my experience, none of those things are true. To start off, this hose doesn't feel significantly lighter than the old vinyl hoses that we all grew up with. It's heavy and somewhat bulky. I have a stainless hose rack bolted to the side of my house, and coiling this thing up to hang is a bit of a chore. It tends to tangle up when you coil it, which means you spend a lot of time working out the tangles. Not the best but I can live with that part. The part I can't live with is that it will kink shut at the slightest provocation. As soon as I got it, I screwed it onto the hose bib outside and coiled it up on the hose rack. A short while later I went to use it and every few feet it would loop itself into a kinked section that would shut off the water flow. The only way to get it to work was to start at the bib end and completely stretch it out straight. For a 75 foot hose, this takes both time and room. You can't just unspool the amount of hose you need (say 10 feet or so) because it kinks even when it's on the hose rack. Every time you use it, you have to fight the whole thing off the rack, straighten it, and then fight it back onto the rack again when you're done. Even with it stretched out and the water pressure on, it has a tendency to coil up again and kink shut. I tried a handful of times to see if maybe I could work around these problems, but I could never get the silly thing to work. It fought me every step of the way. I used it exactly twice before I unscrewed it from the hose bib and put it back in the box to return. Even the old vinyl garden hoses that we used to use 20 years ago were easier to use. They were heavy and difficult to wind, but they didn't kink nearly as easily as this one. There isn't a single thing I liked about this hose. If you have a wind-up hose reel, this hose may work for you. A lot of people sure seem to like it based on the reviews. However, it flat out didn't work for me no matter what I tried. I hate returning products but this one is going back. I'm getting another expanding hose and resigning myself to replacing it in 2-3 years. At least I'll be able to use it in the meantime.

Flexible, Lightweight, and Reliable – Good Everyday Hose - One Color
I received the Flexzilla Utility Hose, 5/8 in x 15 ft (15.9 mm x 4.57 m), for use around my home, and after a week of daily tasks, here’s my experience. Design & Build Quality: The hose is lightweight (much easier to carry than standard rubber hoses) and highly pliable, making it simple to coil and maneuver in tight spaces. The bright yellow/green color is highly visible and feels durable, even when dragged across rough concrete. Performance: Flexibility & Pliability: The hose seems to be flexible in a range of temperatures and is easy to work with, even when cold. Unlike stiffer hoses, I could loop it around corners and through garden beds without much effort. Kink Resistance: While it does kink if twisted sharply, it recovers well and doesn’t flatten out permanently. I noticed far fewer kinks compared to cheaper vinyl hoses, but it isn’t 100% kink-free. Durability: After repeated use, the outer jacket shows no signs of wear or cracking. The drinking water safe certification gave me peace of mind if filling pet bowls. Fittings: Both end fittings are perfectly machined and connected tightly to my outdoor faucets and sprayers with zero leaks. The O-rings seated smoothly and created a watertight seal on the first try. Pros: Lightweight and easy to handle (2.7 lbs / 1.2 kg) Stays flexible in cold and hot weather Durable outer jacket withstands abrasion End fittings are exact and leak-free Drinking water safe Cons: Not entirely kink-proof—minor kinks can occur with sharp bends Slightly more expensive than basic hoses, but quality justifies the cost Summary: If you want a utility hose that’s easy to carry, resists kinking better than most, and comes with precise, durable fittings, the Flexzilla is a solid choice.
