Great for stretching muscles and for therapy exercises, price is right.

However the weight defined for each band is seriously misleading, even using all the bands it doesn't nearly compare to free weight. It takes significantly more reps to achieve the same desired outcome of failure (am example I'll use is chest). Several hundred reps as an example.

Got these for convenience and they are that. Wish the length was adjustable. Ankle strap needs 2 D rings to make it more secure - it pulls off if you dont put it in a precise position. but overall good value for the $$

These are great to take to the park, use in the house & sometimes I go out on my deck and workout & the bands get the job done. The price was great & there are several weights to choose from.

The bands are different sizes but it really doubt they are different weights.I have a 10lb and a 30lb band I bought previously and none of these bands feel ass "heavy" as the 10lb.This means you have to bundle them together. This is fine for some exercises but it becomes really bothersome and/or dangerous for others. For example, having to hook and unhook multiple bands takes time is frankly just annoying. For exercises where you need to stand on them you have to stand on ALL of them. For most this probably isn't an issues. For me, I have MS, so coordinating this is a serious pain in the a$$ and potentially dangerous.For the price, Ill keep them but Im gonna have to buy more bands cause these aren't gonna cut it.

I've gotten far more use out of them than I expected. Lots of different exercises to use them them for minimal price and storage space.

I bought this so I could do my exercises when I travel. It's a compact kit and strong enough for the exercises I am doing.
