Vanilla Keto Almond Tea Cookies

These are one of the few keto cookies I've reordered. Sure, for dipping in tea, I'll admit they're too small. They're little round lumps. Not flat like the others. But I just dump a few of them in right in my tea cup and let them float...LOL. Maybe 3 or 4 at a time. They can stand a bit of soaking, as they should for a tea cookie. These and the lemon ones are my favorite. They go well with my malty Assams. The ingredients/macros look ok. If I'm in ketosis, I don't think these kick me out. I don't get uncontrollable cravings to devour several more bags after I eat them. I do, however, have the annoying habit of having a bag every day with my tea, until all the bags are gone. I just love cookies with my tea. And I usually swear at Amazon's bulk prices. The last thing I want is 12 of something. But 3 bags per flavor of these is a no-brainer. They're keto, so don't compare them to Oreos. But if you're already on keto, these taste great!

These little cookies are amazing. I fully expected an ingredient list full of impossible to pronounce, lab made, chemical creations but to my surprise & delight the ingredient panel is actually quite simple & they're super delicious! I've also tried the chocolate chip and love both flavors! I've lost 40lbs since October of last year just cutting back on refined flours & sugar & counting my calories. I have learned that fats don't really make you fat but sugar & things that turn into sugar (white flour, pastas & rice) will put on the pounds quickly. These are a yummy alternative to high carb treats!

Holy moly these cookies are SWEET! They have a pretty good texture and flavor wise is best I've eaten that are low carb, but it's super hard to eat more than a few at a time due to how sweet they are. Price is a little high for what you get, but all in all, they're good!

I love that these cookies doesn't taste Keto. Trying to find snacks for my pre diabetic mom that are no sugar (or less than a gram of sugar) and low carb that actually taste good is no easy feat. Over Christmas 2020 I bought these thinking what the heck she might like them and she did. In fact she offered me one and I have to say they are GOOD! Like a sweet almond butter cookie with just a slightly salty aftertaste. And let me tell you what I've tried Quest cookies, Atkins products, and more trying to find replacements that satisfy my sweet tooth to no avail. But with these cookies I am in heaven! I just placed an order for 2 more! Down side would be that they aren't cheap and not a whole lot comes in the package but hey it's worth it for what you get.

Flavor & crunch are good...But I just don’t like the Erythritol (or stevia) used for part of the sweetener ingredient. The ‘cooling effect’ of the Erythritol just takes away any enjoyment from trying to enjoy a few bites with a nice cuppa tea or whatever else. I would much prefer that they limit the sweetener to just monk fruit or allulose. Disappointing because, again, the flavor seems to be good.

I have tried and enjoyed every cookie flavor I have ever bought from High Key. I have been keto for 3 years and as a brand, they are an absolute 10 out of 10, both in flavor and in ingredients/nutrition. Allow this review to serve as both a 5 star rating of the brand as a whole AND of this particular flavor of their cookies, my new favorite. The cookies do absolutely resemble little tea biscuits and almost appear to be coated in a light dusting of confectioner's sugar. Absolutely delicious, and no one would ever know these were a keto treat if you didn't tell them.

I am a chocolate guy, so while these cookies looked decent I did not expect much from tea cookies. But wow was I wrong. I was already a fan of the chocolate chip cookies and the snickerdoodles, but these tea cookies are amazing. These are SO GOOD. I eat highkey products because they really help with Keto, but these are so good that I would eat these as a normal dessert without being on a diet.

Now I know what its like to experience having ones mouth washed out with soap due to some punishment. Except its with Sugar Substitute! So much sweet its overpowering and makes you regret every bite, as it lingers and will not go away. The taste hangs on for dear life forcing me almost want to suck on a beef flavored bouillon for relief its that sweet. Also the package has about the equivalence of two shortbread cookies 2.25 ounces of air making the cost for food ratio seem like these are pretty pricey! If they spent less on the jazzy packaging envelope and the kitchy box all printed HighKey which is why its so expensive, and focused on a better quality product that is not a sweet bomb then yeah, they would have something!
