I'm not able to rate it yet. The instructions doesn't show the extra piece. I could use it yet because the metal piece is on the way.... please explain!! I have seen others and does have that piece either. Sorry but I had to copy a picture from a previous review to show the piece because l dont have a picture right now.

This is rubbish. As the video shown how it seems easy. All lies. It came with no instructions that's the first thing. Then to valve or whatever you call to stop the air from coming out the large balloon after blowing is flimsy, it doesn't work one bit. Then the little rubber to stop the air from coming out when you insert the small balloon keep going through the hole. The video shows a cutting tool on the item. This one comes with a piece of metal. That have no use whatsoever. This is a waste of money. Although they say you get what you pay for. This was a waste of money and time. I had to wait a whole week for it arrive. Then a big disappointment. Amazon needs to remove this from it's store. It's a insult to event decorators. This should get a NO STAR

This piece is used to fill the ballons with clothes or flower what ever you want and for the price is real good.

Very hard to use. It came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. I wish I could return it. But it's to late.
