The Jane Austen Collection: An Audible Original Drama

After reading these books for what seems like all my life and watching numerous interpretations of them, Jane Austen's words have become a part of me. Now, having them read to me is an absolute treat to my soul's delight. She was definitely a woman before her time though some might not see her as so... I most definitely do. Her works opened my eyes to a more fulfilling way of seeing the world as it truly is. Although I really and truly do adore all her work and I feel most people will say Pride and Prejudice is hands down the favourite... I also loved and adored Emma, Sense and Sensibility, Mansfield Park, EMMA! Again! Oh, I loved each and every word of Emma... I loved them ALL! I'm 70 years olf and I've read and re-read all these beautifully worded novels since I was a girl and I still Love reinacting each and every character everytime I get the opportunity! So, How was the Item? It was delightful. Marvelous. Lovely. It made me laugh and made me cry. It made me remember the first time I read each word and where I was when I read it and how old I was so long ago and it made me recall putting on plays with my schools friends... Oh, how we laughed and loved and truly enjoyed every single minute of it all. Thank you for this Jane Austen Collection. You have awoken my heart, once again, lovely lovely people.

This Audiobook is awesome. I love listening to it. Jane Austen is my favorite author. It is so easy to listen to this book.

I have never heard an audible recording so well executed as this. The list of stars reading their lines is impressive and they do a superb job. The entire compendium is easy to listen to and most enjoyable. I only wish they had included ladies Susan as well.

I had no idea I would get a cast of characters when I listened to this audiobook, so that was definitely a treat. Felt like I was in a theater with the sound effects, and all of the narrators are wonderful. Highly recommended.

I loved this! All the narrators were wonderful, excluding Florence Pugh, she was stiff and uninteresting compared to everyone else.

I love this audiobook and listen to it often.

I have been listening to this same audiobook for over a year now. In the past month they have changed the audio of Pride and Prejudice for a different version. I do not like this new version and I do not appreciate that it was changed to begin with.

I've listened to three of these so far and they are well told by the narrators.
