I have ordered this product a few times and it works great! best probiotic I’ve ever taken. The only thing is that the last time I ordered it the product was no longer cold. It comes in a great insulated packag and I was home when the mailman dropped it off, so I’m not sure why it was no longer cold? I agree with the other reviews that it needs to be either packaged differently or needs to be over night shipping only.

I have ordered these wonderful probiotics from other sources. They need to be refrigerated at all times. Ordering from Amazon means your receive them with a cold pact.

My pediatric chiropractor recommended that I take this to help my breastfed baby who struggled to have bowel movements more than once a week (he would spend all week pushing and then have diaper explosions)— now he goes about every other day. I will continue to take these throughout the time we’re breastfeeding. Wishing it wasn’t $26, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do for your baby! Update second shipment not “refrigerated”— not sure if they’re still effective.,.

This probiotic is recommended by my health care professional and agrees with my system better than any other probiotic. IT IS MY PROBIOTIC OF CHOICE. Unfortunately, these probiotics are supposed to be refrigerated always. When this product arrived from this supplier, the ice pack was totally melted and the contents were very warm. The supplier need to address the shipping procedure to assure they arrive while the ice pack is still frozen or at a minimum still very cold.

Recommended by my Naturopath, it was very well packaged, protected with padding and "ice", impressive!

I've been using this brand and type for many years. I don't like other sources of Probiotics, this works for me.

I have had terrible Urinary Tract Infections. Genestra and a Chiropractor now and have not had an infection in 4 months since I started.
