Bad quality. Making shirts, and having to iron over and over again. Using 330 degrees with pressure. Anyone know how to fix this?

Put Teflon on the vinyl, the temperature is 150 ℃, the pressing time is 10 seconds to 15 seconds, and the pressure is about 15 pounds;

Can you press onto 100% Polyester shirts?
