Tech Armor Apple iPhone 5S TURQUOISE/GREY FlexProtect TPU Case - Frustration Free Packaging

Great cover at a great price. Not totally rugged but good balance of protection, looks and slimness for every day use.

This is essentially a very cheaply made Chinese plastic case. It fits the phone well, but feels like a cheap toy in your hand. The nature of the plastic is also very slippery. Buttons also don't press well, especially the power button. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Okay, I spend hours looking at iphone cases before AND after I get my phone. Bought this case before the 5s came in so that I would have some sort of protection.To be honest, when I first took it out of the package I was like ... that's it? It's a hard plastic case and that aqua color was not what I expected at all. In pics on the white iphone, its a bright aqua but on my phone it looks like a sky blue color which I wasn't happy about.but let's make this review easier on the eyes:Pros:-great minimal look, not overpowering the phone-big opening for the camera which doesn't cause the rings in photos-lightweigh and sleek for office use-good front bumper (something I HAVE to have with my phone, it has slipped out of my handsabout 3 ft facedown when I just got it and my screen was okay)-portholes are great, can use my beats headphones and my charging cable fits like a dimeCons:-probably not going to save my phone from a heavy drop-buttons are TOUGH to press at times (i.e. using the volume button to take pics, restarting my phone is tough also)-back color did not reflect website photosOverall, its not a completely bad case. My top concern is the protection provided from the case and I am looking for another one that makes me feel a bit safer.

Nice case, exactly what I was looking for. I bought two Tech Armor FlexProtect cases (black/red and turquoise/grey) and I had an issue with the turquoise case and the Tech Armor Premium Ballistic Glass Screen Protector. The screen protector would lift off the phone when I squeezed on the edges of the phone with the case on. Didn't have this issue with the black/red case. I called customer service and they immediately shipped another turquoise case AND an other one in cobalt (just in case it was a problem with all turquoise cases)! The replacement turquoise case works perfectly! But wait, here's the best part: Tech Armor didn't charge me for the TWO replacement cases or to ship them to me. Tech Armor customer service is the best I've dealt with in a very long time. Buy from Tech Armor with confidence. They will do everything and anything to make sure you are a happy customer.

I was very disappointed when I received this case. The case was a dull navy blue, not the bright sparkly blue in the picture. On top of the ugly color, when I put the case on, none of the buttons can be pressed with the case on. The case is stiff and the buttons don't line up. So the volume and lock buttons are inoperable with this case on. Complete junk. Not what I was expecting from a brand with such high ratings.Then their customer service got ahold of me and stated that they would like to make me a happy customer and asked if they could send a different case for me to try. I said yes I would like to try a different one. I have NEVER heard back from them and no new case ever showed up at my door.

Pretty but doesn't really fit well with their glass protector. It lifts it up in the end! I put it on straight and pretty much perfect! I'm very funny over that kind of stuff. If it messes up, I have to pull it off and buy another one, so I know the glass was on correct!

The case has a hard back and soft sides -- excellent for grip and protection. Slim not bulky. There is no noticeable difference in size when I carry it in my pocket. The slots cut for the charger, earphone, camera, and speakers are generous. After market power cords might be too big, but Apple's are fine.

Loved it, but it fell apart at the seams...literally.
